Founded in 1966 by Carlo Varone Sr., Conamore Construction LTD was born out of a labour of love and the evident need for homes in the GTA. Carlo Sr. envisioned communities that were beautiful, unique and of the utmost quality. He felt that families deserved to live in houses that they could be proud to call home. Starting in Milton then Markham and throughout the GTA, Carlo Sr. left a trail of communities behind him that are a testament to our exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Now, Carlo Varone Jr. is at the helm of Conamore Construction LTD. Carlo Jr. is a third-generation builder whose expertise is focused on luxury custom homes, infill projects and commercial developments. Carlo Jr. is meticulous in his work and that is due to his extensive knowledge on-site and in academia. Having his Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, Master of Building Science along with over 25 years of on-site experience makes him an absolute expert in this field.
